We have been applied the blackout fabrics to the upholstery for buildings, Homes and Offices successfully. The range of our products includes

One Pass - "Dim Out" layer which replaces a loose lining with a better quality product and at considerable cost savings. One pass flocking protects curtain and furnishings from damaging UV rays, insulates the room to keep it cool in Summer and warm in Winter, and will not itself rot under UV light. SuperSoft Suede coated curtains are easier and cheaper to make than those with a loose lining.
Two Pass - full blackout curtains but the fabric side is dark with a black layer behind it. Suitable as a loose lining when the dark face is hidden behind a face fabric or can be used on a very dark fabric such as Navy Blue.
Three Pass - full blackout curtains with the black layer sandwiched between two off-white layers. This can go on any curtain fabric to make it fully blackout without losing any of its natural colour.

There are some remarkable advantages for our products:
1. Drape We produce curtains with a very soft handle. Blockout flocking curtain fabric process by Huadu feel better, hang better and look better.
2. Flocking Blockout flocking curtain fabric has a very soft finish. Flocking is done with precision-cut viscose (rayon) flock to produce the softest suede feel of any coated curtains.
3.Total Black-Out Three pass black-out gives total block of light. It is not 99.9% black-out, it is total black-out - which will give your customers better control of the light in their rooms and consequently better sleep.
4.Mildew Control Blockout flocking curtain fabric coating contains a safe antimicrobial and bacteriastat that resists all types of mildew on the coating in humid conditions.
5.Dry Clean Resistance Independent tests through commercial dry cleaners have shown blockout flocking curtain to be more resistant to Perchlorethylene commercial dry cleaning than most coated curtain textiles.
