Blockout flocking curtain fabrics Compostion: on the surface of the raw fabric we coating three layers. two white and one black. of course in the middle is black. It? have the function of blockout. It's also an obvious sign for distinguish with blockout and semi-blockout. On the top white layer surface we flocking floss. So as the semi-blockout and flame retardant. The different between blockout and flame retardant is we put the Noflame nc both on raw fabrics and coating materials.
